The Promotion Centre for Audiovisual Culture (AVEK) is part of Kopiosto and uses copyright remunerations to promote the many forms of audiovisual culture in Finland. Han har bedrivit fortsatta studier och undervisat bland annat vid Bildkonstakademin och Aalto-universitetet, där han också skriver sin doktorsavhandling för institutionen för film- och scenografikonst.Han har arbetat med videokonst sedan tidigt Kopiosto huolehtii heidän puolestaan teosten kopiointiin liittyvistä oikeuksista ja eduista. Kopiosto on tekijöiden ja kustantajien apuna sellaisissa teosten käyttötilanteissa, joiden lupia olisi hankala yksin hallinnoida. Tällaisia ovat esimerkiksi opetuskäyttö sekä teosten julkinen esittäminen. The support is applied for in the online application system. Application and decision process is tied to AVEK board meeting times. The next board meeting is held on 23 September 2020 and for that the applications must reach AVEK no later than 9.9.2020 at 4pm, and prior to the start of the festival or event.
